Pre-Christmas sale at the Cricket Club
Whilst it seems a way off, Christmas will be upon is sooner than we realise. As usual we will be having our ‘sale’ at the Cricket Club in late November with calendars, cards and lots of other goodies. Watch this space for the date.
Hawridge and Cholesbury Fête, 31 August.
Thank you for supporting us and, of course, the Churches, on a ‘changeable’ afternoon. We are really grateful for your support. All in all, a lot of fun was had and it was wonderful to see so many people, both from the Hilltop Villages and some from a way away. Thank you to all those who did so much to organise it - and the Ellesborough Band for playing on, at moments it brought to mind the Titanic!
Moth Release
David Dennis and Peter Bygate will hold another moth release at the Full Moon soon. The date will be confirmed on ‘Newgrapevine’ as it is dependent upon weather. Always facinating for all ages, do be there. Did you know the David and Peter have identified their 500th different moth in the last few weeks? More on that soon…
